Heather Hannon MSN, RN, CBCN, OCN, ANP-BC
Heather Hannon MSN, RN CBCN®, OCN, ANP-BC is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and Genetics Nurse Educator. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from Tufts University in Boston and her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Massachusetts General Hospital. She has worked at multiple top-ten medical centers and has a wealth of experience in many aspects of cancer care, including medical and surgical oncology, cancer genetics, palliative care and oncology nurse navigation. In her role at WCWI, Ms. Hannon provides valuable support and education to individuals and families throughout the cancer care continuum. She is especially interested in the helping identify and manage individuals who are at high-risk for developing breast and/or ovarian cancer. Ms. Hannon is also passionate about cancer survivorship and assists patients with navigating long-term challenges related to cancer treatment. She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and Academy of Oncology Nurse and Patient Navigators.
