Please call 804-323-5040 for an appointment. We do offer same day and next day appointments. Office hours are normally 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday-Friday.

Please see the forms section on this website. Filling out the forms prior to the appointment will shorten the time it takes to register once you arrive. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the appointment if you are a new patient.

If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician, it is your responsibility to obtain that prior to your appointment. Likewise, any copayment required by your insurance company will need to be paid prior to your appointment. We do accept most insurances and Medicare.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. A fee will be assessed if appointments are cancelled without at least 24 hours notice.

Please tell our staff where you have had imaging done, and whether you have had a biopsy. If the imaging or biopsy was done outside of the HCA or Bon Secours health systems, you will need to bring a disk with the images and a printed copy of the imaging and pathology reports.

Genetic Testing Offered.

Please call during business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30am -4:30 pm, for non-urgent questions. After hours, our physicians are available on call, if there are concerns that cannot wait until business hours. If you feel that you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

All requests for prescription renewals should be made during business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
